Chocolate Really Healthy?

With Xocai made it appearance on the world chocolate market (and the World of Fitness nutrition, food industry and, of course, your mailbox) has been buzzing with the idea of a “healthy chocolate. While certainly benefit of dark chocolate and, of course, advantages to a number of ingredients, used for a unique “healthy chocolate” is very simple is still the most effective way to get healthy, lose weight, more vitality, and prevent the possibility of uncomfortable side effects, just to eat a healthy diet, exercise, and for God’s sake, indulge yourself every now and then.

The highest point of bragging or Xocai “healthy chocolate” is the ORAC values of the ingredients in specific products.

What ORAC values? ORAC oxygen radical absorbance value creation units, means of calculating the values of particular antioxidant ingredients. Antioxidants, like those present in dark chocolate useful for many reasons, but specifically to neutralize free radicals in the body (which according to popular opinion slows the aging process.)
