Walking
Walking an easy mechanism for implementation is available to all. A walk in the morning stimulates the metabolism of the body during the day makes us more productive and energized.
Some Japanese companies encourage their employees to carry out within a few minutes at the beginning of the working day, with a view to increasing their productivity.
We started walking club Child Center Round Rock, and you can start something similar in your office, then no matter how big or small it is. Now it is only five of us, but we have a very fun as we enjoy the fresh spring air the morning. We walk about 30 minutes near the Round Rock hospital of the town and its environs, from 8 am to 8:30 am.
Winter is not a good season for me because it keeps me inside too much. In the spring, summer and fall months can go outside more to get fresh air and exercise. Now, when I began to walk again I feel like taking every opportunity to leave home for any reason in mind. Yesterday, when I started dinner, I realized that I needed a couple of ingredients for my meal. My daughter and I tied the dogs to use them, grabbed the eco-friendly reusable grocery bags and started walking to the grocery store.
I was planning on cooking black-eyed peas for dinner, but at the last moment I discovered that not enough leek and carrots. Ingredients for my black-eyed pea soup include a bag of peas, (1 pound), 1 leek, 2 carrots, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil and Pimenton (Spanish paprika). When I looked in the fridge did not find leeks and carrots. Surprise! But I have a bunch of celery that looks at me with despair while appear warped and sad. Peas soaked in the morning and there was no turning back now.
Although my daughter has a dog ready to go to the store, I pickled onions, garlic and sliced celery in some olive oil. A few minutes later, I added a black-eyed peas, stirring constantly and adding water to cover. I turned my oven to low, and I instructed my husband to keep track of the soup, add cold water if necessary, while we went to the shop to buy some leeks and carrots.
