April 19th, 2010

There are millions of users of social network Facebook. For most people this is just a way to stay in touch with old friends and connecting with new ones. For others, Facebook has become a huge addiction. Many people spend hours on it every day or to take with friends or play games. There is so much to do, that it dominates days many people causes enormous problems, as it affects other parts of life. There are some things you can do to break this dependence.

Try to limit yourself to only log in once a day. The problem many people sitting at the computer and check it throughout the day. Later in the day away, constantly involved in something else. Enter once a day and be done with it.

When you log in, set a time limit. In the most important challenges on Facebook, you have to do, and stop as soon as the timer is done. Be careful, do not be too long, otherwise you will get sucked back into it all again.

Avoid computer if all you do on it is no longer the Facebook activities. Turn it off, unplug it, and even off the Internet, if necessary. This will make it harder to go back on randomly during the day. You can see the computer as a reminder that you do not need to be on Facebook.

Find something else in life, to replace the Facebook time. Get a new hobby. Most of the time you will see that new things are more fun than Facebook. These things can be a bit more healthy and give you something to do.

Get Rid of applications, Facebook, if you have these phones to avoid temptation.

Get rid of Facebook completely if it continues to pose a problem, so you do not have enough discipline to change.
